    Police arrested and charged our client with felony robbery, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3701, criminal conspiracy, possessing instruments of crime, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 907, and related charges. Our client was facing a possible sentence of up to 50 years in prison.

    Result:

    Details:
    Philadelphia police officers conducting a firearms investigation in West Philadelphia stopped our client and recovered numerous packets of crack cocaine from him. Our client was arrested and charged with narcotics offenses.

    Commonwealth v. A.H.

    Result:
    At trial, our attorney proved that our client called 911 first, and that the "complainant's" child had previously been arrested for assaulting our client. Our client was found not guilty of all charges.

    Details:
    A neighbor claimed that our client stabbed her with a knife. The police immediately arrived at the scene but the accuser did not go need medical treatment. Police arrested our client anyway and charged him with crimes including aggravated assault, 18 Pa.C.S.A § 2702, recklessly endangering another person, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2705, and weapons offenses. Our client was facing up to 34 years in prison.

    Result:
    All felony charges dismissed. The court imposed no penalty on our client for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, 35 P.S. § 780-113(30).

    Our client was arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department's Narcotic Strike Force in West Philadelphia and charged with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(30) and related offenses when the officer alleged that our client was involved in narcotic sales. The charges could have resulted in a prison sentence of 10 years.
